Custom Orders

Custom Order openings are limited and are announced on my Instagram page @olivethisfelt . I will post several days in advance of each deadline date. Please read all of the important information below to submit your custom order request BEFORE DEADLINE DATE.

Custom Order Details and Rules

 ***PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BEFORE SUBMITTING A REQUEST***

Process Explained: 

​

1. I announce a custom order drop on Instagram @olivethisfelt. This announcement will direct you to fill out a custom order request form (below) and tell you the deadline date for accepting any new forms.  

2. Fill out a custom order request BEFORE DEADLINE DATE (announced on my Instagram post).

3. I will email you back with pricing details. If you are no longer interested in having a custom piece made after this email, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Otherwise, if I do not hear from you, I will add your name to a list to draw from after the deadline date.

4. I will accept order forms until the deadline date. 

5. Shortly after the deadline date, I will draw 10 names at random. I will make an announcement on Instagram of the winners as well as directly contact those that have won a spot. 

6. Full payment must be made within 48 hrs of finding out you won a custom spot. If you do not to pay within that time, you will lose your slot and I will draw a new name.

***IMPORTANT***

  • At this time, I am NOT taking any requests for pet portraits, house portraits or nutcrackers. 

  • I ask that only ONE request is made per drop to make it fair to everyone that puts in a request. Within the request, please only ask for one item at a time as well. 

  • I unfortunately cannot send any items to the EU due to the strict regulations at this time. 

  • Please DO NOT message me on Instagram with custom order requests. All requests must go through the form below. 

  • Turn around time is 2-8 weeks. If you have a due date that is pressing I may be able to move orders around, but usually I just work down the list. 

  • If you win a spot, payment must be made via PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. 

  • I ask that you follow me on Instagram as well as check Instagram and your email often for any updates and communication.

  • I apologize to anyone who is not chosen. I try my best to make this as fair as possible, but unfortunately I cannot accept every request.
